Stoneridge Resort is located in beautiful Blanchard, which is 35 miles north of Coeur d'Alene and 40 miles south of Sandpoint, in North Idaho. Stoneridge Resort is a timeshare resort surrounded by StoneRidge Golf and Recreational Community.
Stoneridge Resort has 146 condominiums, a 24,000 square foot recreation center, a park with picnic pavilion, a state of the art mini golf course, and tennis courts. It sits on approximately 11 acres of land, like an island in the middle of a planned unit community.
Over 5400 families own deeded weeks of timeshare at Stoneridge Resort, the majority of them live within a 50 mile radius of the resort. Although Stoneridge is a timeshare resort, it offers nightly rental of condominiums to the public.
Stoneridge Resort is affiliated with the two nationally recognized exchange companies, Resort Condominiums International, which has rated Stoneridge as a Silver Crown Resort, and Interval International.
Stoneridge Resort is independently run by a non-profit owners association board of managers. It was developed in 1979 and became its own entity, apart from the developer in 1983.
*We have stayed at Stoneridge Resort for the last couple years during the summer! We own a studio timeshare there, but it is one of our favorites! There is always something to do
*Checked in quickly, staff are very friendly and helpful.
*We did a timeshare exchange into Stoneridge Resort. Our one bedroom unit was very adequate for us as it included a full kitchen. We would have liked to have a washer/dryer in the unit, but there was one in our building. It cost $1.50 a load to wash and $1.50 a load to dry but the machines worked very well. Enjoy the area, don't just stay at the resort. Get out and explore Idaho.
*We have stayed at Stoneridge Resort several times over the last 7 years and have loved it each time.
*The Resort isn't up to date with the newer type of security Key System, and still uses the old fashioned and unsecure metal key, and if it's misplaced there is a huge fee to replace one.
*We stayed at the Stoneridge through our RCI trade. It was a great value with plenty of activities for kids.
*we stayed here several years ago and it is a nice resort but way out from anywhere to go. If you just want to stay within the resort it would be all right but to go anywhere it does take sometime.
*We just got back from a holiday at Stoneridge Resort. This resort was great for kids and golfers. Lots to do in their recreation complex, with an olympic size indoor pool, gym and raquet courts and mini golf. The only draw back from this resort is that there is only one restaurant open this summer and you are about a half hour away from any eating establishments.
